Two ways to plan.
CAIRSPlan is available in two versions while we transition. Both are free for the surgical community.
CAIRSPlan
Rebuilt planner with the latest femto-CAIRS nomogram, refined topography import, and a faster planning workflow.

The original tool, kept online for surgeons mid-treatment-plan or used to its workflow. Same login as before.

The new CAIRSPlan includes the latest femto-CAIRS nomogram, faster topography import, and an updated planning workflow. It's the version we recommend for new plans.
The Legacy CAIRSPlan remains online for surgeons mid-treatment-plan or who prefer the original workflow. Your existing username and password continue to work — no reset required. Saved plans, parameters and topography images stay with the legacy tool.
Account migration
All 143 surgeon accounts from the original cairsplan.com have been migrated into the new CAIRSPlan. You can log in to the new tool with the same credentials you used previously; on first sign-in, your password is automatically rehashed to the new format. There is nothing for you to do.
Cost
Both tools are free to use for the surgical community. CAIRSPlan exists to support correct, repeatable CAIRS planning across the field — and to gather de-identified outcome data that improves the nomogram for everyone.
